Tampa Fire Rescue will receive a $10,000 donation this morning so it can buy a new thermal imaging camera for a south Tampa fire station.
The camera will allow firefighters to see through smoke and possibly find people trapped in a burning building. It also will help firefighters spot smoldering embers inside a building after a fire appears extinguished.
