More Prostitution Charges Filed Against 'Master'

NEW PORT RICHEY - "Master Drew," the man authorities say entered into a five-year "sex slave" contract with a 19-year-old woman in July, is facing additional charges in the case.

Pasco-Pinellas prosecutors have slapped Andrew M. Kobak, 34, with 15 new felony counts of deriving proceeds from prostitution. The charges were filed in Pasco Circuit Court on Tuesday.

Kobak was arrested on charges of deriving proceeds from prostitution, setting up and maintaining a place for prostitution, cultivation of marijuana and marijuana possession July 10 by undercover detectives during a raid at his home at 7601 Jasmine Blvd., Port Richey. He was released from the Land O' Lakes jail the next day after posting $15,150 bail.

Investigators say the young woman, Alyssandra "Aly" Cardillo signed the 10-page contract at Kobak's house after meeting him through a bondage and discipline and sadomasochism Web site.

After several online chats, she packed her bags and took a cab from her Silver Springs home to Kobak's, where she has said the pair immediately had sex. Soon after, Cardillo had signed "Master Drew's Slavery Contract," pledging housekeeping services, her body and her life to him.

That's not the illegal part.

Kobak solicited customers for Cardillo on Web sites, and men answered the online ads that offered after-work massages. They ended up paying Cardillo to perform sex acts at Kobak's home, according to detectives.

Cardillo, who is bipolar, was issued a notice to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of prostitution. She was also put into the protection of a domestic violence shelter.

Kobak is set to be arraigned on the new charges next month.
