THE DIFFERENCE: Quarterback Buddy Adzima was 5-for-6 passing for 82 yards and three touchdowns and one rushing score to lead Calvary to its first victory of the season. Adzima's longest pass was a 44-yard hook up with Jordan Ankrom on a swing pass to the right. Ankrom took the pass and rambled up the right sideline to score.

GAME NOTES: Adzima spread the wealth. He threw touchdown passes to three different receivers. … Calvary Christian also burned Bishop McLaughlin on the ground. Running back Braden Bollar ran for 125 yards on only three carries. He had 36-, 27- and 62-yard runs, thought none for touchdowns. He did score on a TD reception. … The Warrior defense held Bishop McLaughlin to 22 yards rushing, 14 yards passing and only four first downs. … The Warriors defense also forced Bishop McLaughlin into an interception. … Game officials kept a running clock the entire second half. … Calvary Christian had 257 yards rushing. … Every player on the Calvary Christian roster played in the victory.
