They can win the time-of-possession battle. Today figures to be another scorcher, so the Bucs are going to need to keep their defense fresh. The best way to do that, outside of platooning regularly, is to keep their defense off the field. The Bucs can do that by holding on to the ball for long periods and scoring touchdowns.

Their offensive line comes together. This Rams team is almost as talented as the ones that went to the Super Bowl a few years ago. The difference is their offense has sputtered because of poor play up front. If that offensive line comes together today, it can exploit the Bucs' inability to pressure the passer and win the old-fashioned way - by simply outscoring its opponent.
