•'Provoked with Henry Rollins' has the former Black Flag frontman putting a punk twist on storytelling at 7:30 p.m. today at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.
•The new fall TV season kicks into high gear this week with the premieres of several new shows including 'Chuck' on NBC tonight, 'Cane' (CBS) on Tuesday, 'Private Practice (ABC) and 'Bionic Woman' (NBC) on Wednesday, 'Big Shots' (ABC) on Thursday, and 'Moonlight' (CBS) on Friday.
•Fire up those rocket launchers; the video game 'Halo 3' hits stores Tuesday.
•Cuban-American poet and author Pablo Medina will read from his work at 8 p.m Thursday at the University of Tampa.
•Don the green and gold. USF will take on West Virginia at 8 p.m. Friday.
•The Florida Orchestra presents 'A Salute to the Duke,' featuring music from John Wayne movies, at 8 p.m. Friday.
