NEW YORK - A Jets season-ticket holder filed a class-action lawsuit Friday against the Patriots and Coach Bill Belichick for 'deceiving customers.'

The lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Newark, N.J., by Carl Mayer of Princeton Township, N.J., stems from the Patriots being caught illegally videotaping signals from Jets coaches in a Sept. 9 game.

Mayer is seeking more than $184 million in damages for Jets ticket holders.

BRONCOS: Offensive guard Ben Hamilton (post-concussion symptoms) was placed on injured reserve.

COLTS: Linebacker Rob Morris (strained abdominal muscle), who has missed the past two games, will start against the Broncos.

RAIDERS: QB Josh McCown (broken toe) won't play against the Dolphins, giving Daunte Culpepper the start.

STEELERS: Receiver Hines Ward (sprained knee) won't play against the Cardinals.

VIKINGS: QB Tarvaris Jackson's groin is still sore, so Kelly Holcomb will start.

LEGAL: An Indiana bank sued suspended Falcons QB Michael Vick for not repaying loans involving a car rental business.
