Lake Azzure condos come with almost all you need

Lake Azzure offers home buyers the opportunity to purchase everything from soup to nuts, taking the meaning of the term "move-in ready" literally.

A two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium can be purchased furnished and designed by an interior decorator. The condo includes everything needed to move in, including appliances, furniture, cookware, sheets and even an iron and clothes hangers.

"All you have to do is bring a toothbrush," says Dave Swanson, director of sales for Smith & Associates Real Estate, which represents the property. "The best part is that the beautiful furnishings and custom design are included in the purchase price."

Condos at Lake Azzure are priced from the $117,000s to $130,000s, depending on the location.

"It's a nice wide range that appeals to first-time home buyers," Swanson says. "We see day in and day out that there's a pent up demand for quality housing at this price point. We're seeing a lot of potential home buyers coming from other developments at a similar price point without our upgrade package."

Swanson says a home buyer who wanted to upgrade a model that costs $117,000 to include everything would be looking at a total of $128,000 to $132,000.

"We're looking for the first-time home buyer, which includes recent college graduates who don't have anything in the way of furnishings," Swanson says.

All furnishings have been custom selected by Logan's Furniture and Design Showplace. Logan's interior designers created a custom décor for the Lake Azzure model.

The kitchen can be upgraded with maple cabinetry and includes all appliances and utensils, right down to the can opener. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and sitting area. A second bedroom is designed as an office with warm wood tones and contemporary art. It features a functional work space with desk, bookcase with file storage and an accent chair for reading.

"Most first-time home buyers don't have the luxury of a custom decorated home," Swanson says. "We want our residents to love every aspect of living at Lake Azzure, from our amazing amenities to their own beautifully-designed living space."

Lake Azzure condos are in the heart of Carrollwood on the 11-acre Lake Azzure, where residents can fish, boat and enjoy views of the water. The gated community also includes two swimming pools, fishing docks, a picnic area, clubhouse and fitness facility.

Lake Azzure will be built in phases over 2½ years and will boast 368 units when finished. The first phase began in January and included 108 units.

The sales center, at 8505 Lincoln Cove Drive, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
