LUTZ - Deputies say a Riverview woman's blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit this morning when she was pulled over with her 4-year-old daughter in the vehicle.
Jeanette Lee Carrero, 27, was arrested about 4 a.m. near Van Dyke and Whirley roads. She faces a felony child neglect charge and a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.
Carerro, of 13004 Lincoln Road, was traveling about 70 mph in a 50 mph zone on Van Dyke when she weaved over the center lane marker six times, an arrest affidavit states
Breath tests recorded her alcohol level at .166 and .165, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Web site. Florida law presumes a person is intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or higher.
Carrero remains in Orient Road Jail, with bail set at $8,000.
