TAMPA -- An 18-year-old Tampa man pepper-sprayed someone else's dogs in a fenced-in yard Monday, Tampa police say.
Pookie, a 2-year-old chow, and Lennox, a 10-year-old Rottweiler, were not seriously injured and didn't require medical attention.

George Houston
Police arrested George Houston at 10:05 a.m. Monday at 3505 E. 29th Ave.
Houston wore all black with a black baseball cap when he used the pepper spray on Willie Sturks' dogs, police say.
Sturks told police he thought Houston also might be responsible for taking a screen off his window.
"The defendant was upset that Mr. Sturks was accusing him of trying to break in to his house and spontaneously stated that he did not break in to the house, he just pepper-sprayed the two dogs," a police report states.
Houston was charged with two counts of cruelty to animals and one count of trespassing.
His bail was set Monday at $4,250. He has since been released.
