TAMPA -- A Pinellas County doctor touched at least four of his female patients inappropriately in the past year, telling one she made him "horny" when she made a noise as he rubbed his hand up and down her back, Largo police say.
Police arrested Kayode E. Sotonwa, 42, of Clearwater on Thursday night.

He was charged with one count of sexual battery with a victim over 12 years of age and three counts of battery – strike or touch.
Largo police spokesman Mike Loux declined to speak in detail about the investigation.
"The investigation is still ongoing, and there are potentially other victims," Loux said. "We don't want to jeopardize the investigation by providing any other information at this time."
Sotonwa was working at 2700 East Bay Drive, No. 101, in Largo when a female patient came in for a February appointment. She thought he was going to feel her abdomen, but instead he used an ungloved hand to touch her vaginal area, an arrest affidavit states.
On two occasions last year, over a period of 15 minutes, he fondled two other peoples' breasts, police say. Before he touched one of those women, he said she could be his next girlfriend.
With the fourth female patient, he rubbed her back up and down, then rubbed a business card up and down her leg and told her to take off her clothes, according to the affidavit.
Police say only the doctor and patient were in the room each time an incident occurred.
Sotonwa's bail was set at $21,500. He has since been released.
He could not immediately be reached for comment.
