TAMPA - Police are looking for a man they say robbed a bank Saturday and another in June.
Officers say the man went into the Fifth Third Bank at 1901 W. Swann Ave. about 9:45 a.m. Saturday and handed the teller a note demanding cash, Tampa police spokeswoman Andrea Davis said.
The teller handed over the money, and the man left the bank.
Davis said the same man is suspected of robbing the Fifth Third Bank at 3117 W. Columbus Drive on June 28.
Police describe the suspect as a black male with a medium-light complexion and full beard, 30 to 40 years old, 6 foot 1 inches tall and about 240 pounds.
He was last seen carrying a small, dark-colored travel bag and wearing a plain tan baseball cap, gold wire-framed prescription glasses, a white-and-black bandana around his neck, a white T-shirt, baggy blue jeans and tan boots.
