Hillsborough Deputies Investigate Gibsonton Shootings

A 36-year-old man was shot in both legs and another man was shot in the forearm this morning in Gibsonton, Hillsborough County deputies say.
Pedro Feliciano was taken to Tampa General Hospital after being shot in both legs, sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Carter said. She said the bullet that struck Jose Torres, 45, didn't penetrate and that he was treated at the scene.
"It appears that someone in the front yard … came out and fired shots at the trailer, going through the trailer and hitting both victims," Carter said.
There is no description of a shooter, Carter said.
The shooting occurred about 4:20 a.m. at 6129 Palm Ave.
Feliciano and Torres live there, Carter said.
