ST. PETERSBURG - One man was found stabbed in a parking lot at a Sweetbay Supermarket on Monday night, and authorities are looking for the alleged culprit, St. Petersburg police said.
Stewart Madison Crowe, 23, of St. Petersburg, was found about 9 p.m. in the store parking lot at 2139 34th St. N., St. Petersburg police spokeswoman Midge Walsh said.
Crowe suffered a deep laceration in the sternum area, Walsh said. The wound caused serious liver damage and just missed his aorta, Walsh said. Crowe was taken to Bayfront Medical Center and was expected to survive, she said.
Crowe identified his assailant, Walsh said.
Walsh said authorities are looking for Hank Robert Kuhn, 21, of St. Petersburg. Kuhn and Crowe had some sort of dispute, Walsh said.
