So you've already seen the movie version of "Mamma Mia!" and now the musical is coming Tuesday to the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. You're asking yourself, "Do I really need to see it again?"
For those who've paid to see the movie, well, that's reason enough to see the show. For those who haven't seen the film, the stage musical promises an authentic ABBA experience with professional singers and dancers.
Still not convinced? Here are five more reasons to see the play:
1. Pierce Brosnan doesn't sing.
2. This is as close to an ABBA reunion tour as we're ever going to get.
3. Anthony Cefala of Tampa plays Eddie.
4. A movie can't beat the palpable excitement of live theater.
5. You can sing along and the person next to you wont' throw you dirty looks - much.
