When Hillsborough County deputies executed a search warrant at Victor Cedeno's Tampa home, they found him in a bathroom, flushing baggies of cocaine down a toilet, deputies say.
Deputies arrested Cedeno, 36, shortly before 4 p.m. today.
He was charged with two counts of trafficking in cocaine and one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
About 3:30 p.m. at the home, Cedeno sold about 51 grams of cocaine for $800 to an agent of the sheriff's office, a criminal arrest affidavit states.
After deputies executed a court authorized search warrant at the home at 3:47 p.m., Cedeno was spotted flushing the baggies, while drugs and drug paraphernalia were found in a bedroom, according to the affidavit.
Two children, ages 7 and 10, also were in the home, the affidavit states.
Cedeno remained in Orient Road Jail on Friday. His bail had not been set.
