Plant City Teen Charged With Sexual Battery Of 7-Year-Old

An 18-year-old Plant City man committed a sexual act on a 7-year-old boy Monday night, Hillsborough County deputies say.

Deputies arrested Justin William Craig on Tuesday afternoon. He was charged with sexual battery on a victim younger than 12 years old.

Craig had stayed the night at an acquaintance's home and touched the boy while there, sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Carter said. The boy told his father Tuesday morning about what happened.

Craig, of 2903 Maryland Ave., remained in Orient Road Jail today. His bail had not been set.
