SPCA FUNDRAISER: Bella Vino Wine and Cheese Market, 100 Indian Rocks Road N., Belleair Bluffs, will host the Dog Days of Summer Benefit for SPCA of Tampa Bay, 5 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
