Bikini-Clad Driver Charged With DUI

SPRING HILL - A 20-year-old woman wearing only a pink polka-dot bikini was pulled over at about 2 a.m. Tuesday and eventually arrested on suspicion of DUI.
Deputy Tyler O' Donnell said he pulled Whitney Mumby of Clearwater over because she was driving in the northbound lanes of Commercial Way with her high beams on.
Mumby, who was wearing only a bikini, smelled strongly of alcohol, so Tyler asked her to step out of the car and perform field sobriety tests. She was arrested upon failing the roadside tests and taken to the county jail where she blew a blood alcohol level of .260 and .224, according to a report.
Florida law presumes intoxication at .08.
