Pressley Cleared To Play For Noles

TALLAHASSEE - Running back Tavares Pressley received academic clearance to join the Seminoles' practice on Tuesday.

Pressley, a junior-college transfer from El Camino Community College, is expected to challenge returning starter Antone Smith for playing time at tailback.

Pressley rushed for 832 yards and 11 touchdowns last season for El Camino, where he played with another highly touted junior-college transfer FSU signed, WR Corey Surrency.
