According to an affidavit, Miley got into an argument about 11:12 p.m. Monday with a woman in the 10000 block of Great Falls Lane. The woman, who had lived with Miley for about three months, wanted him to leave, the affidavit states.
Miley retrieved a 9mm semiautomatic pistol from the bedroom and told the woman, "Do you know what I could do with this?" the affidavit states. Miley also said he could pay someone $1,000 to kill the woman, the affidavit states.
Tampa police arrested Miley at the house about 11:50 p.m. The drug charges stem from police finding 150 grams of cocaine and 10 grams of marijuana at the address while investigating the threat, the affidavit states.
Public records show Miley was released from state prison in February. He was sentenced in Pasco County in 2006 to two years in prison for felony sale of marijuana. That same year, he was sentenced in Hernando County to one year in prison for felony possession of cocaine, according to the state Department of Corrections.
