Aug. 3: Two St. Petersburg restaurant employees are sexually attacked.
Aug. 4: Rigoberto Moron Martinez becomes a suspect in the St. Petersburg rapes.
Aug. 5: Martinez is arrested on a domestic violence-related charge; law enforcement contacts U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.
Aug. 6: Martinez is released from jail.
Aug. 16: Two Apollo Beach restaurant employees are raped.
Wednesday: Martinez is charged with multiple counts of sexual battery. Two accomplices also are arrested.
Sunday: U.S. Rep. Ginny Brown-Waite asks for a review of interactions between local law enforcement and immigration officials.
