Northbound I-275 Reopened After Crash

Troopers say northbound Interstate 275 heading into Hillsborough County is open again after a lane was closed because of a multiple-vehicle crash.
Sgt. Steve Gaskins of the Florida Highway Patrol said the wreck occurred about 7:25 p.m. on the interstate, just north of the 4th Street North exit. Three vehicles are involved and one overturned, he said.
St. Petersburg Fire & Rescue said two adults needed to be extracted from the overturned vehicle but that bystanders had assisted two children in the vehicle.
In all, four people – three adults and one child – had minor injuries, St. Petersburg Fire & Rescue said.
Two adults were taken to Tampa General Hospital, and one adult and a child were taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.
