ORLANDO - A bondsman has rescinded bail for mother of a missing Florida girl after the woman was carted back to the Orange County Jail on new charges.
Casey Anthony was arrested Friday night on check fraud and theft charges. California bail bondsman Tony Padilla says the bond was surrendered sometime in the middle of the night based on the latest charges, new evidence and "heightened security concerns."
Besides the new charges of uttering a forged instrument, fraudulent use of personal information and petty theft, the 22-year-old mother has already been charged with child neglect, making false statements and obstructing the investigation into her daughter's disappearance.
