IRA KAUFMAN'S POWER RANKINGS

1. Giants. Hey, Plaxico: Leave the gun. Take the cannoli.

2. Titans. Only unbeaten road record in the league.

3. Steelers. Nasty defense gearing up for the Cowboys.

4. Bucs. Gruden goes after his next 100.

5. Panthers. They're 6-0 at home for a reason.

6. Jets. Thomas Jones is feeling it.

7. Cowboys. Nobody wants to face them in January.

8. Ravens. Their rookie QB is the real deal.

9. Falcons. So is Matt Ryan.

10. Colts. We're looking at a dangerous AFC wild card.

11. Vikings. Heading to Motown with momentum.

12. Cardinals. Should finally clinch the NFC West on Sunday.

13. Broncos. Impressive 3-0 mark vs. NFC South opponents.

14. Patriots. The bleeding will stop at Seattle.

15. Saints. Drew Brees, you rock.

16. Eagles. If they beat the Giants, look out.

17. Redskins. Four home losses won't get it done.

18. Bears. Nine punts, 10 first downs vs. Vikes.

19. Packers. The vital signs aren't encouraging.

20. Dolphins. It's already been a heck of a year.

21. Chargers. They've turned the narrow loss into an art form.

22. Bills. Playoff teams don't lose at home to the 49ers down the stretch.

23. Texans. Little road success heading to Lambeau.

24. Jaguars. Must make a decision on Del Rio soon.

25. Browns. This offense has struggled from Week 1.

26. 49ers. Isaac Bruce still showing the kids how it's done.

27. Chiefs. Ditto for Tony Gonzalez.

28. Raiders. Expect Burress to be wearing silver and black.

29. Seahawks. Not the way Holmgren wanted to be remembered in Seattle.

30. Rams. Outscored by average margin of 17 points per game.

31. Bengals. Can they really bring Marvin Lewis back?

32. Lions. The only ones watching them are the '76 Bucs.
