Tampa Man Charged With Aggravated Assault, Battery

Justin Ryan O'Quinn threw a cordless phone at a person and tried to strike him with a pipe this morning, Hillsborough County deputies say.
O'Quinn ran when deputies arrived but was arrested after a brief chase, a criminal arrest affidavit states. Deputies arrested him at 12:53 a.m. at 8041 Gardner Road.
O'Quinn was charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault and resisting arrest without violence.
O'Quinn, 19, of Tampa remained in Orient Road Jail today. His bail was set at $10,000.
