Water Main Repair To Affect Part Of 50th St. In East Tampa

TAMPA - Two lanes of northbound 50th Street between Uceta Road and East Broadway Avenue in East Tampa are closed while the Tampa Water Department repairs a broken 24-inch water main.
The area is just north of Adamo Drive. All northbound traffic on 50th is being merged into a single inside lane through the affected area. Southbound traffic is unaffected.
Water main repairs are expected to be completed today and road surface restoration by the end of the week, the city said.
