TAMPA - The Hillsborough County Health Department is offering free HIV/AIDS testing today.
The tests are part of a public health education program in support of World AIDS Day, which was Monday.
In 2006, Florida had the second highest number of reported AIDS cases, the health department said.
The HIV/AIDS tests and full spectrum tests for sexually transmitted diseases are available from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at the health department, 1105 E. Kennedy Blvd.
