Charlene Painter Grayson wasn't fooling around, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office deputies say, when she got into an argument with a man last night in Seffner.
Grayson, 35, pulled out a gun, pointed it at the man and said "if you don't get off my property, I will shoot you," according to a criminal report affidavit.
According to reports:
Shortly before 10 p.m. last night, Grayson got into a verbal argument with a man at 2101 Darlington Ave., in Seffner, where she lives.
The argument escalated and Grayson hit the man.
She then grabbed a semi-automatic pistol, pointed it at the man and threatened to shoot him. Fearing for his life, the man left Grayson's home and went to his vehicle. She followed and got into the vehicle brandishing the gun.
Grayson, who works at the Whitting law office according to jail records, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, armed burglary of a conveyance and battery. She is being held at the Orient Road Jail with no bond set.
