The Animal Coalition of Tampa, 1719 W. Lemon St., Tampa, is offering a Fix One, Get One Free special this month. Get one pet spayed or neutered, and the second one is free — as long as it's priced the same or less. Low-cost rabies vaccinations are also available. An appointment is required.
