Body Found In Gulf About 15 Miles From Yankeetown

The Lake County medical examiner is investigating a body that a commercial fishing vessel found Monday afternoon about 15 miles southwest of Yankeetown, the Coast Guard said.

Petty Officer 3rd Class Sondra-Kay Kneen had no further information today.

Officials at the medical examiner's office were not immediately available for comment.
