Warrick Dunn's statistics keep piling up. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back has accumulated more than 10,000 rushing yards and 4,000 receiving yards in his stellar career.
Off the field, he has presented more than 80 single parents with keys to new homes through the Warrick Dunn Foundation, which pays the down payment. On Tuesday, he presented two furnished homes, with help from Prudential Tropical Realty, Aaron's Sales & Lease Ownership and West and East Pasco Habitat for Humanity.
Despite Monday night's disappointing loss to Carolina, Dunn's off-the-field stats grew Tuesday, when he helped the dreams of two Pasco County mothers, Sarah Cooke of New Port Richey and Robin Knight of Dade City, come true.
"This is too much for me to handle," said Knight, a mother of six, as she stepped through her new front door. In another room, her daughter found six Christmas stockings and shrieked with joy.
