DJs, Marines Team Up For Toys For Tots Marathon In Oldsmar

Morning radio hosts Chadd and Kristi Thomas of WWRM, 94.9 FM are joining forces on Friday with the 4th Assault Amphibian Battalion to benefit Toys for Tots.
The DJs will host a 14-hour marathon broadcast at the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Oldsmar with Marines who have just returned from a seven-month tour in Iraq.
They will be collecting new, unwrapped toys or cash donations to help children in need.
People who drop off toys at the Wal-Mart, 3801 Tampa Road, also can tour an amphibious assault vehicle that will be in the parking lot.
The event runs from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday.
