Tampa Home Intruder Peruses Occupant's Papers, Police Say

TAMPA - A 54-year-old woman entered a home through an unlocked kitchen window and looked through the occupant's personal papers and mail, police say.
When police responded to the home in the 3800 block of Jackson Court about 3:20 a.m. today, they found Dorothy Holton "attempting to hide under the couch pillows."
Nothing was stolen.
She was unknown to the victims, police say.
Holton is charged with burglary on an occupied structure, records state. She was being held at Orient Road Jail today with bail set at $7,500.
