Tampa Man Charged With Doing Sex Act In Girl's Presence

Reginald Felton

Reginald Felton performed a sexual act in front of a 14-year-old girl Tuesday afternoon in the 1500 block of 138th Avenue, Hillsborough County deputies say.

Felton, 22, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. Sunday. He was charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition.

He remains in Orient Road Jail today. Bail had not been set.
