Tampa Woman Held After Family Members Choked, Chased

Julie Fallin choked two family members, cut her own left wrist with a 5-inch butcher knife and attacked a family member by running after her and threatening her with the knife Monday, Hillsborough County deputies say.

Deputies arrested Fallin at 6 p.m. Monday.

She was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of domestic battery by strangulation.

Fallin, 41, of Tampa, remained in Falkenburg Road Jail today. Her bail has not been set.
