Four Hillsborough County men were indicted today on a federal charge related to using a telephone to set up a murder.
The four, who the U.S. Attorney's Office says are members of the Bloods Street Gang, are: Niheeme "Nino" Anderson, 37, of Brandon; Caleb "Cain" Michael Charles, 19, of Tampa; Rashawn "Ra" Eugene Adams, 20, of Tampa; and Jamar "Sleepy" Black, 23, of Tampa.
This month, the four worked to set up the murder of Bernard "Bubs" Lee Quillen, according to the indictment.
Anderson also was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Charles and Adams also were charged with distributing cocaine, which was given to an undercover officer as payment for the murder, according to officials.
The four could face up to 10 years for the charge related to using a telephone to set up a murder.
The FBI investigated the case, along with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Tampa Police Department and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
