Passing On Priceless Wisdom

Re: "The Generosity Of Bob Thomas" (Our Opinion, Dec 16):

The father to son chat "what can I do for you" between Bob and Robert Thomas was priceless wisdom. The value of passing on the "truths" should be the sole mission of one generation to another. How society will continue to grow (or die) is left up to how we "pass on" these truths. My father always told us "that life was too short to cheat or steal." He was taught that short priceless gem from his father, and it is a truth that I'm passing down to my children too!
