Arrest Made In Robbery Of Oldsmar CVS Pharmacy

A 32-year-old man is charged with robbery and trafficking in oxycodone after robbing a CVS Pharmacy in Oldsmar on Tuesday, authorities said.
Thomas M. Adams was being held at Pinellas County Jail today, with bail set at $70,000, records show. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office arrested him at his home, 1711 Hibiscus Circle S., Oldsmar, about 11:30 a.m. today.
Security video from the pharmacy, at 3771 Tampa Road, was broadcast by media and helped detectives identify Adams, officials said. The unarmed robber entered the store about 1:35 p.m. Tuesday and demanded prescription medication from a pharmacist, officials said.
