Deputies Describe Pair Who Robbed Lake Alfred Store

Detectives are looking for two men who robbed a Dollar General store in Lake Alfred on Tuesday, the Polk County Sheriff's Office said.
The men approached a customer outside the store, at 725 S. Lakeshore Way, about 9 p.m., forced her inside and demanded money from the store manager, detectives say.
The manager opened two registers and gave the men cash. The manager and other customers then were told to go to the back of the store, the sheriff's office said. A cordless phone was taken, along with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The first man is black, 18 to 20 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He was wearing a gray jacket with a hood and dark shorts.
The second man is black, 18 to 20 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He was wearing a blue sweatshirt with a hood and blue shorts.
