13-Year-Old Bicyclist Hit By Car In Largo, Survives

A 13-year-old was taken to Bayfront Medical Center after being hit by a car in Largo while crossing Seminole Boulevard on his bicycle.
Largo police are investigating the accident, which happened about 1 p.m.
Authorities said the accident happened near Ulmerton Road. They said the boy was crossing the street against a light and was hit by a car traveling south on Seminole.
Police said the boy's injuries were not life-threatening.
The investigation had not been completed.
