  Tiesha Wimbush

Tiesha Wimbush cut a person's head and arm today with a blade, Tampa police say.

Officers arrested Wimbush, 18, at 1:30 a.m. today at Chelsea and 37th streets. She was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Wimbush remained in Orient Road Jail today. Her bail was set at $7,500.
