Riverview, Running Back
COLLEGE CHOICE: Central Michigan
WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THE PROCESS: "Most of the things I liked were the visits. I got to go up to other parts of the country I had never seen before. And I liked interacting with the other players and learning how college life is going to be. Although it was only a glimpse, it was still fun, and that was a very exciting part about it."
WHAT I DISLIKED ABOUT THE PROCESS: "Sometimes you just get irritated. Coaches call you, a lot of different reporters, fans, people in the community, calling to find out where you're going to attend and you don't even know yourself. Sometimes it just gets annoying and you need a break. And what makes it more difficult is all the people are telling you what's all good about the program, but not necessarily what's on the other side."
Jefferson, Linebacker
COLLEGE CHOICE: Choosing between Western Kentucky and Middle Tennessee
WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THE PROCESS: "I really liked just meeting the guys on the trip. I was with Armwood's Sergio Joyner on the same trip and me and Plant's Rhonne Sanderson went on the same trip. I knew what they were like on the field, but I learned that they were just as competitive as I was."
WHAT I DISLIKED ABOUT THE PROCESS: "I hate airplanes. I don't like flying at all. And the whole process has been a little stressful because it will affect my next four years. I'm doing this for me, but my decision is going to be affecting my family, too."
Armwood, Running Back
COLLEGE CHOICE: Auburn
WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THE PROCESS: "The thing I liked best was how you get to see how many schools are really interested in you and stayed on you through the whole process, the ones that came to sit down in your living room to sit and build a relationship with your family and talk to your coaches."
WHAT I DISLIKED ABOUT THE PROCESS: "The thing I disliked is you get to see schools that fall off you in the process. And you get a lot of phone calls, sometimes at awkward hours, when you're busy or in class - coaches call, reporters from recruiting Web sites. It's real hectic. You've just got to stay level-headed through that. It's real easy to get your head up in the clouds and think you're a big man when all that is happening, but you've just got to stay level-headed and keep priorities straight."
Plant, Offensive Lineman
COLLEGE CHOICE: Florida State
WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THE PROCESS: "When Florida State offered me."
WHAT I DISLIKED ABOUT THE PROCESS: "It was kind of stressful. I didn't get any offers and I was getting worried but Coach Robert Weiner told me not to worry. He told me to work hard and things will happen."
