Thonotosassa Man Wounded In Gunfight At His Home

A Thonotosassa man was shot twice early today during a home invasion, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Debbie Carter said.
The gunman has not been caught.
Shortly after 12:30 a.m., a man pushed open a sliding glass door at 3408 Cooper Road and fired a gun, Carter said.
A resident, Grover Cochrane, 59, was shot twice in the arm and pulled out his own gun and fired at the intruder, who escaped, Carter said.
Cochrane's girlfriend saw the shootout, and her name is being withheld by the sheriff's office as a witness.
The victim has been "very uncooperative" with investigators and has not given a description of the attacker, Carter said.

Sounds like to me that the victim isn't a victim at all. There must be something going on between the attacker and the victim, that's why he isn't giving any information up.

So was the guy sitting there watching Tombstone and some guy pulled open his slider and drew down on him. And just so happens the victim had his six shooter next to him and pulled it and returned fire. OK....corral
Did Doc Holiday remove the bullets at the hosiptal?

The "victim" has two previous arrests and he's not cooperating. I agree, Joyann, I believe he knows the intruder.
