Tampa Accident Nearly Sends Truck Over Bridge.

Two people were in the truck when they struck a guard rail and hit the bridge.

TAMPA - An accident left a truck hanging off the 50th Street bridge near Palm River road in Tampa around 12:30 pm.

Hillsborough Fire Rescue spokesman Ray Yeakley says two people were in the truck when they struck a guard rail and hit the bridge. He says neither occupant was seriously injured but the driver was taken to TGH as a precaution.
