Tampa Police ID Homicide Victim

TAMPA - Police have identified the victim of a homicide in the Sulphur Springs neighborhood that happened shortly after midnight.

Police say Philip-Paul Kimber, 19, of Tampa, was shot dead in an argument with another man in front of a home at 8317 N. 14th St. The shooter ran away.
