The 4you crew has a mantra: It's all about you — our readers.

Really. We say that.

So when we came across a new comic strip titled "It's All About You," with characters who are looking for balance in their lives, we knew we just had to include it in our magazine.

The strip focuses on Michael, a caffeine-craving neurotic, and his more centered, herbal-tea-drinking girlfriend, Gina. They frequent a local café, where the barista, Chris, is the self-appointed therapist for his self-involved customers. Chris deals with patrons like Gina's friend Maggie, who is addicted to self-help books, and Maggie's father, Alex, who rationalizes away his failure to follow a diet or go to the gym. Michael also finds a sounding board in his cubicle-mate, Albert, who listens to his laundry list of personal hang-ups.

The strip debuts today on our contents page, Page 2, and will run each week in 4you. Enjoy!
