LAND O' LAKES - Willow Bend Automotive Inc., the repair center doing business as Quality Care Automotive, has been purchased by GSV Automotive Inc.

GSV's chief officers are Gus Vacca, president/owner/operator and Sinia Urreta-Vacca, vice president/office manager.

The company will do business as Quality Care Automotive Center at its location 1915 Collier Parkway.

"We strongly believe that our employees are the key to our past and future success," Gus Vacca said in a news release. "They are all top-notch ASE certified technicians that have been with the center for many years. As an ASE certified technician with over 20-years experience, I value the importance of skilled employees and plan to work right alongside of them."

Today, Quality Care Automotive Center serves nearly 6,000 Pasco and Hillsborough county residents, offering a comprehensive menu of services, the news release stated. The business offers the NAPA AutoCare Center Peace of Mind nationwide warranty.

"We are excited about the opportunities available to us in the future and we're extremely proud to be joining such a wonderful community. This is exactly what we were looking for. Our repair shop is family owned and operated, a 21st century 'Mom and Pop shop,'" Urreta-Vacca said.
