Rain didn't slow this afternoon's parade through Dade City, marking the start of the 61st-annual Pasco County Fair.
People lined Seventh Street to watch the cavalcade of floats, marching bands, classic cars and local celebrities make their way through intermittent showers. Organizers said the parade had about 60 entries.
When the rains came, spectators ducked under nearby awnings or trees, pulled out umbrellas or simply held their ground.
In Dade City, nothing gets in the way of a good parade.
