ZEPHYRHILLS - Two pickups and four motorcycles collided just south of town Wednesday morning, clogging traffic on Zephyrhills' main north-south artery. No one was seriously hurt, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The patrol redirected traffic on U.S. 301 while rescue workers cleared the wreck near the intersection of Gall Boulevard and Fir Avenue, north of where State Road 39 merges into U.S. 301.
Workers had the wreckage cleared by 12:30 p.m.
A trooper on scene said the wreck involved four motorcycles, a Dodge Ram and GMC Sierra pickups.
Two of the motorcycles ended up underneath the Dodge Ram's wheels, a trooper said.
An explanation of exactly what happened was unavailable Wednesday.
