Brooksville Pot House Raided

Police carry out marijuana plants from a house on Nightwalker Road after an early morning raid Friday.

The Hernando County Sheriff's Office says it has raided a marijuana grow house in Brooksville.
Investigators executed a warrant at 8264 Nightwalker Road about 8 a.m.
The plants have not been counted, Sgt. Donna Black said
From outside, marijuana plants can be seen in a carport and the backyard. Some officers are wearing protective gear as they move among the plants.
The sheriff's office plans to use a large rental truck to remove the plants.
One person is in custody, but the name was not been released.
